The Extra Virgin Seasalt par excellence. Smooth, and boosts the natural flavour of every food. Its delicate texture is fruit of a special crystallization process. Its crystals float like ice in cold waters, thus its commercial name “Sal de Hielo” (Ice Salt). It is harvested manually in Isla de León, in summer evenings.
Certified by SHC for Salinas San Vicente. It is the first certified Blossom Salt in Andalusia. Keep it for your best foods.
